Wrestlers should come to practice in a clean t-shirt and shorts with no pockets.
Wrestling shoes are recommended especially to those competing in tournaments, but tennis shoes are acceptable for practice.
A wrestling uniform (singlet) and headgear (protects wrestler's ears) are needed only for competitions. they can be purchased or we may have some to borrow

Practice begins at 6 pm and lasts about an hour for teaching basic fundamentals of wrestling.
We will also have advanced wrestling technique sessions at 7 pm for more experienced wrestlers.
From February through Mar 28th, we will teach Folkstyle Wrestling. We will then teach Freestyle and Greco/Roman Wrestling from Mar 28th through May 26th.

Assessment: We can give an assessment of skills taught by us at a cost of $10 and a certificate will be given for those that reach 85%. Dates will be determined by coaches.
Advanced Technique Clinics: These sessions are separate from our regular practice times and focus on specific areas of wrestling technique that requires more focus. T

Nationals Training: For any wrestler competing in a national tournament, we offer extra training. Cost is negotiable.
